Engineering Services
We can provide structural design for steel, concrete, lumber, and composite structures, using the latest software and tools, such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, and RISA. We can also provide engineering and designing services for mechanical, electrical, equipment, and control systems, using software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and SolidWorks.
Drafting Services
We can provide both 2D and 3D drafting services, using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Tekla. We offer shop drawings, as well as detailed and accurate drawings for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
BIM Services
We offer BIM services, where we use Revit and Tekla for 3D modelling and coordination of the project. We also offer clash detection services, where we use software such as Navisworks and BIM 360, to identify and resolve any conflicts or interferences among the different systems and components of the project.
Material Take-Off Services
We offer material take-off services, where we measure and quantify the materials required for the project, using software such as PlanSwift, BlueBeam, On-Screen Takeoff, and STACK. We provide detailed and comprehensive take-off reports, that include all the relevant information, such as quantities, units, and descriptions.
Priced Estimates Services
We offer priced estimates services, where we source and negotiate the best prices for the materials, labor, and equipment required for the project, using various methods and sources, such as online databases, vendor quotes, historical data, and market trends. We provide detailed and comprehensive estimate reports, that include all the relevant information, such as prices, unit rates, labor hours, equipment costs, overheads, contingencies, and profit margins.

Project Management Services
We offer project management services, where we oversee and
coordinate the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. We
provide the following services:
